Refund / Return Policy

I. Scope of Policy Application
This policy applies to all ready-made furniture, home decorations and other items priced for sale.
Customized products: including but not limited to those customized by size, color or material. As they involve personalized demands, they are all non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Ii. Handling of Exceptional Cases
If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (email: formerture@homerniturec.com) within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as photos, videos) :
The goods were damaged during transportation.
The received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect materials or missing functions).
We will provide you with reissue, repair or partial compensation as the situation requires. The specific plan is subject to negotiation.
Iii. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that you inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt. Signing for the goods is regarded as your acceptance of their condition.
After placing an order for customized products, it is necessary to confirm the design drawings/plans. Any subsequent modifications may incur additional charges.
